As early childhood educators we are blessed with the privilege of being among the first to introduce children to the beautiful diverse world we all live in.  What a wonderful, exciting opportunity for us!  With this in mind it is imperative that we carefully consider not just the program and activities we are planning for children but also their environment and the objects or cultural artefacts around them.  This session explores the use of baskets as a beautiful tool to open up children's experiences of our diverse world
