🌿 Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Cooking Experience

When: Thursday 22 January | 9:30–11:30am

Join us for an enriching educational cooking experience that blends culture, story, and flavour. Learn how to prepare simple Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander dishes that can be shared with your Future Old People as part of cultural learning in your educational setting.

Together we will:

• Explore traditional ingredients and cooking methods
• Yarn about food as connection, identity and belonging
• Learn practical recipes you can recreate with children
• Strengthen cultural perspectives through shared Tucker and kai kai

This session supports educators to embed culture through food — inviting story, conversations, and deeper understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander ways of knowing, being and doing.

$200 per person including meal
