Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

We accept payment via our online store or invoice (for approved organisational purchases).

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked with expected dispatch dates.

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been shipped.

We will offer a replacement or exchange where items arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details and photos.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. If you are unsure about a product, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.

Cultural Integrity

Our resources are created and curated with respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

By purchasing from us, you agree to use these resources respectfully and not reproduce, copy, or distribute CTDTC materials without permission.

Resource Use

Our resources are designed to support learning and reflection within educational and community settings. They are intended to complement ongoing learning and connection with community, not replace it.

Workshops & Training Resources

Resources purchased as part of training or workshops are for use within your service or organisation and are not to be shared or reproduced without permission.

Cancellations (Workshops & Events)

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to an event may be transferred to another session.
